Responsible for all training, building maintenance, staff supervision and administrative duties in Drill Shed. Consistently demonstrats strong leadership, working long hours and under demanding situations, decision making, organizing and planning and utilizing excellent communication skills, maintained written job performance records.

• Display indisputable capacity to take positive control, strictly enforced safety standards, Standing Operating Procedures and safe operation of all weapons under my control. Ensured that all weapons, procedures and protocols were adhered to in the most time and cost effective manner.

• Review and recommend constructive changes to Qualifying Standards and Policy which resulted in the improvement of Demolitions training within the Navy.

Responsible for the safety, performance and briefings of a team of 12 - 60 people. Makes recommendations to superiors concerning issues such as search and rescue, towing assistance. Responsible for all departmental preventative and corrective plan maintenance. Ensures all upper deck equipment such as deck winches, life rafts and ships boat was completed with minimal down time and without incident or injury to personnel.

• Ensure that all testing of equipment and appliances were tested and guarantee that they are in excellent working order thereby allowing for efficient and immediate use.

• Deliver detailed recommendations to upper management with regards to store ship at sea day and/or night. Close communication with superiors must result in efficient coordination of all departments.

• Liaise with ship's Project Manager and Shipyard and Fleet Maintenance Facility to ensure all equipment and work orders are met thereby saving cost in time and money.
