- Program consists of 4 Issue Discussions, 3 Action Learning Sessions, 360-Degree Feedback, a Leadership Lab, and an Orientation and Closing session.

- Leading in a Dynamic Environment
- Communicating Your Financial Story
- Maximizing Influence and Impact
- The Leadership Lab is an interactive day in which participants explore one of three different modules on A) managing difficult conversations, B) using persuasion, or C) coaching through feedback. Each participant gets an opportunity to problem solve an actual professional challenge with the support of their Caucus peers.
