Criteria:
- Program consists of 4 Issue Discussions, 3 Action Learning Sessions, StrengthsFinder Assessment and Coaching Session, a Community Convening, and an Orientation and Closing session.
- Participants engaged in a Trio of Leaders Project in which 3 people at different levels of their organization initiated a project to improve their workplace, resulting in collaboration, productivity, and applied leadership growth and skills.
