About this badge

This badge represents the successful completion of the Project Management: Fundamentals of Successful Projects course (COMP 6300). The course, which is part of the Georgia Tech Professional Education (GTPE) Certificate, introduced participants to the principles and practices of disciplined project management and covered the following:

• Applying a process framework to even the most chaotic projects
• Developing a project charter and using the charter as a key political tool
