Certified ScrumMaster Workshop, a corporate training solution provided by Professional and Continuing Education at OSU.

The course participants had actual hands-on experience with the basic practices of Scrum with a solid introduction to the principles that frame the practices of a successful agile team. The course focused on the skills and attributes of a successful Scrum Master. The participants got experience through a large Scrum simulation where they practiced and observed the role of Scrum Master and the other major Scrum Roles. Teams worked together on a project to produce a product that was presented to stakeholders at the completion of the course.
